Minor Club Annual Quiz Night 2013
Primary school winners: Sarah McMahon, Charlotte Gaule, Caelinn Danaher, Amy O’Connor & Rebecca Van der Deusen.
Cratloe Minor Club held its Annual Quiz night on Tuesday 26th March in Setrights. Quizmaster on the night was Jim Enright and amplification was supplied by Jack Liddane both of whom have been great supporters of the minor club over the years. The night was a great success with a large amount of young players taking part.
Chairman Tim Danaher welcomed everyone and thanked all those who turned up to take part in the quiz. A huge word of thanks went to John and Siobhan Gleeson who have kindly sponsored the winning trophies over the past number of years.
Tim also announced a new set of jerseys for the U10s which have been sponsored by Mark Flanagan of Complete Insulation Services, Flanagan Contracts Ltd. The club is very grateful to Mark for giving the players a chance to wear official club jerseys when they play their Go Games over the next few months.
Thanks also to Mary, Brid & Ciara who were our correctors and to all those who supplied Spot Prizes on the night.
Finally, thanks to Grainne & Damien for their continued support and to Emma & Bernie for their hard work behind the bar on the night.
